After a few months of service, we've made a couple of changes to the menu 🧡

Our Smoked Lamb Ribs have been one of our most popular and requested specials since day one, so it only felt right to give them a permanent place on the menu

Joining them are our new Za'atar Fried Chicken and Charred Tenderstem Broccoli, bringing even more of the Middle Eastern and North African flavours we love cooking and sharing

We'd also like to take this opportunity to thank every single person who has visited us, supported us, shared our posts, and recommended us to friends and family. As a small business, your support means more than you'll ever know

We're incredibly grateful for the welcome we've received so far and excited to see what Summer 2026 has in store

Time is flying here at and we can’t believe how much has happened in just the past month 🥹 We’ve met so many amazing people along the way and feel incredibly grateful for every single conversation, visit, and kind word.

Our Seasonal Whipped Labneh has arrived 😏

Tipaza Fried Squid 🐙

Tipaza is a coastal town in Algeria known for its fishing boats, Roman ruins and most importantly, incredible seafood

Being in Brighton, our Tipaza Fried Squid is a lovely nod to that seaside tradition- lightly fried squid, dusted with cumin, served with homemade lemon mayo, and finished with cucumber, olives and pickled chillies
