This time of year it can feel like a slog… especially with dark nights, little sunlight, and let’s face it, a lot of hibernating…

Whether you’re looking for ways to get creative in the kitchen, or simply just trying to shake up your mid-week meals, adding some kraut is an easy, healthy and rewarding way to shake it up.

To keep your live ferments safe whilst they get to you, we pack them in recyclable pouches. Our ferments are alive, meaning that they will bubble away naturally! Because of this, it’s only safe to ship them in these neat little bags so that you don’t have an exploded glass jar on arrival.

Bear this in mind if you’re ordering on our website! IF you’re really keen on getting a jar, drop by one of our markets and grab yourself some MUTI :)

Meet the team!

I’m Sophie (Soph), you will find me elbow deep in Kimchi making, chatting your ear off at markets, or lurking about anywhere MUTI can be found (social media included)🤠

I am what some would call a CFO (Chief Fermenting Officer), helping Matt with everything Muti, and the mission of Microbes for the Masses (next stop, world domination).

Best part of the job is by far watching things bubble away! I am a registered associate nutritionist aNutr, with an undying love for fermentation - so a tub of fermenting veg is truly my happy place.

If I were a MUTI product, I would be Kimchi Chutney (a great excuse to eat more cheese).

Fun fact about me is that I teach community nutrition classes outside of MUTI! Come say hi at the next market, and ask me about microbes.🤓
