I had this dish in my “ideas book” do too long, and finally I made it and nevertheless was bloody delicious.

Last day of January (finally) never ending month, keeping Vegan and nothing can’t beat a well made A.O.P creamy (no butter 🫡) and not oily as it should be… do not trust an oily A.O.P that’s my advice 😂😂🫶🌶️
I’ve used for my recipe both fresh chilly & Calabrian dry chilli 🌶️, extra vergin olive oil, garlic & parsley!
