My best slow roasted lamb yet!

Got lamb shanks and slow roasted them for 2hrs in liquid, then took them out so I could caramelise the top in a final roast in the oven. Meanwhile, I blended everything in the pot and thickened it to create a sauce. Paired it with mashed potatoes.

Safe to say Martin approved of this too ✅

I’ve been finding some good vegan cheese options in Paris (who knew!) but also, I can now have Parmesan paranoia-free, so that’s huge!

First up is a huge double stacked burger, with red w**e caramelised onion. Accordion roasted potatoes and green beans.

A classic quiche! Leeks, shallots & bacon lardons.

Gochujang udon noodles, turned a little pink because of added beetroot :) also with beef mince, onion, cabbage and carrot
