Individually vacuum packaged top quality beef available for a short period.

For a short time you can purchase individually packaged pieces of beef (sizes to suit the average family) from our local Barrow Gurney herd of Ruby Red Devon Cows which are allowed to mature slowly on our extensive system which enables effective carbon capture.

JOINTS (topside £17.50 per kg /slow roast - brisket and silverside £16 per kg /Rib on the bone £34 per kg)

STEAKS ( fillet ****/ rump £28 per kg /
sirloin £36 per kg / braising £18 per kg)

Did you know that the Ruby Red is an ancient hardy breed, bred to produce milk and beef and able to thrive on the poor ground between, and including, Dartmoor and Exmoor. They were taken to America by the Pilgrim Fathers because of the combination of these great qualities.
