Happy September!

We see our last wedding of the summer season on Saturday and then we move into tastings, private dining and other events.

If you’re planning a private dining event then here’s how it works:

🍂After working with you in your bespoke menu, we come to your small venue and cook up a storm on the kitchen, serve the food to you, and clean up after ourselves leaving you with nothing to do but relax and enjoy your evening and a sparkling kitchen to boot!

Say ‘hello’ 👋 to Zoë and Lulah, two of our lovely servers.

Zoë has been with us for a while now serving canapés with a smile and perfecting her table clearing and scraping skills, whilst Lulah joined us this summer and has slotted straight in beautifully!

Our take on the humble potato salad 🥔🥗

Rather than being covered in mayo, the potatoes enjoy a light dressing with sweetness from red onions, red pepper and capers all mixed together.

It’s fresh, it’s fragrant and it’s pretty blinking tasty too!

Works perfectly with a BBQ setting or equally as well without sharing boards.

Small, intimate occasions to celebrate special people are a highlight for us.

Not only do we get to go to some fabulous residences and meet wonderful family and friends, we get to create amazing food and work with our wonderful staff to bring the whole thing together.
