Last orders have been called!

We've now roasted and posted up the last of our delicious Sudan Rume Enigma Hops from Campo Hermoso.

It was our first journey into coferments but if the quality of them matches this, I'm sure it won't be our last.

NEW RELEASE ✨ Alfredo Jesus Mitio Nakao 🍫🍡

Bukayo Saka isn't the only one with a hat trick up his sleeve over the weekend! Sorry, football references over. 🌝

Our third and final release of the season comes from Fazenda Catanduva in the Cerrado region of Brazil, which these days is a true model for sustainable agricultural processes.

In continuing to develop Fazenda Catanduva, Alfredo carries on his mother Marie Nakao's multi-generational legacy.

We chose this specific tupi anaerobic natural for it's classically Brazilian chocolatey character, ehanced by a gentle booziness and florals that take us back to the first time we ever tried a Turkish delight.

We can't wait to get this into your hands!

The newest coffee in our offering and one of three being launched over the weekend is a delightful washed coffee from Guatemala.

It's a perfect summery brew to finish off this heatwave with 🥵

La Morena is 's Women produced coffee project in Guatemala working with over 900 women farmers in Huehuetenango.

According to Volcafe:

The farmers were first identified through regional coffee competitions where they were able to become familiar with the farming practices recommended through the programme, and where our team were able to get to know the different qualities available, and the women who produced them.

Workshops can be organised at their farms with the support of our local team and knowledge is shared with the other members of the programme. The work focusses on improved quality and yield, farm management, pest control and financial acumen.

Time to say goodbye to our very first house coffee! 😭🥰 This tasty Brazil has been the workhorse of our roastery for the last year, but now it's all gone! 🫗 The last few bags will be making their way into homes in this week's orders and subscriptions.

Since its launch, we managed to roast our way through a full pallet of this delicious lot of beans from Fazenda Três Meninas, which is no small feat for a tiny outfit like our micro-roastery!

We hope you enjoyed it, but don't fret! New launches are coming VERY soon 👀

And it's done! did an amazing job showcasing his two drinks inspired by sense memory, the comfort of home, and of course, showcasing amazing coffees roasted by yours truly: Jhoan Vergara Ombligon and Edwin Norena Sudan Rume.

Favourite Saturday activities: dropping off local wholesale orders on the GWR Bristol Metro line.

Today's coffee went our faves at .coffeehouse, who really know how to make the most of the sunny weather in Cotham! 🌞 Hidden away in the side bag is the second, much bigger box that Alex didn't want to overhead press 🏋️‍♀️

📝 A little admin note, we're going to be away next week for Coffee In Good Spirits. Web orders placed this weekend will be dispatched before we go away on Monday, and we'll be back roasting web orders and wholesale on Friday!
