Roulsties was founded in Bristol to bring the nations home comfort toastie to the street food market in and around the South West of England. Inspired by the London street food market success, we aim to bring a popular but diverse product to the market offering an extra special experience. Being a business educationalist and supporter of local small business, we aim to use as many independent supp

liers across Bristol. As we have discovered the secret to a fine tasting toastie is great bread, smooth cheese and mouth-watering ingredients. Therefore, we use locally sourced fresh Sourdough bread for each and every toastie we serve. A core ingredient to any toastie is incredible cheese and we have been fortunate to source a Somerset Cheddar which consists of a creamy characteristic with sweet and nutty flavours. Not to mention some of our fresh vegetables and meats that help showcase some of the beautiful produce this fine city has to offer! Never compromising on quality, Roulsties offers a range of fine toasties with great tasting fillings to satisfy many hungry tummies. We constantly test and trial a range of new combinations to bring you the greatest tasting toasties you will ever have. We introduce specials alongside our best selling range to bring new bursts of flavour and character to the busy streets full of lovely people in Bristol. Not only do we trade at local markets and food festivals, we offer a range of bespoke services that may also toast your fancy:

SATURDAY IS OUR LAST DAY FOR THE YEAR! That’s right, this Saturday will be our last trading day of 2017. We will be at Whiteladies Road Farmers’ Market from 9am - 2pm! All classics will be on the menu, so pop by for your fave before the year ends 🍞🧀🙌
