Have you tried our Italian organic tomato range? It's currently 20% Off so a great time to try the whole retail selection. Our tomatoes🍅 compliment the La Terra E Il Cielo pastas 🍝. Try their whole ember wheat spaghetti with a simple puttanesca sauce made from:
🌞2tsp Essential Olive oil
🌞2 large Diced Garlic Cloves
🌞1 tbsp Capers
🌞70g Pitted Mixed Olives
🌞A handful of Freshly Chopped Oregano and Basil
🌞Pinch of Salt and Pepper

1. Pour a large glug of olive oil into a pan at a medium to low heat. When the oil runs hot add garlic for around 10 seconds until nearly caramelised.

2. Add capers, olives and after a minute pour in the tomatoes. Add some water to the can to rinse and add to the pan with the sauce.

3. After 5 minutes once the sauce thickens sprinkle in fresh chopped herbs to mix.

We donated some Essential goodies as part of their Tombola prizes. This will help them fund the road closure in future years which is wonderful to keep the toads, frogs & newts cross the road to reach their breeding grounds 🐸 It's these projects and communities who keep our wildlife thriving and we're so happy to support them. 💚
