But we've heard your pleas, and we're thrilled to introduce you to the most deliciously buttery, cheesiest scone your counter has ever seen. 🧈 🧀

We've packed these perfectly flaky cheese-laden scones with heaps of sharp Longmans mature cheddar and flecked each one with savoury chopped chives and punchy red Leicester. Each moreish savoury scone is finished with a bubbling crust of cheddar cheese, giving a wonderfully tempting rustic finish.

This is a deeply nutty and nostalgic addition to your cake counter. A single slice of this Small Batch is sure to win over your biggest and smallest customers! 😋

A fluffy brown sugar sponge is layered with smooth, toasty, almond butter-infused frosting and smothered with fruity raspberry jam, cutting through that nutty richness and adding the perfect splash of colour. Each slice is hand-finished with a ruffle of almond buttercream and sprinkled with a medley of toasted flaked almonds and freeze-dried raspberry crumb.

We’ve cobbled together a motley crew of bakers, marketeers, accountants, and our very own CEO to take part in The Great Bristol Run, raising money for our charity of the year, Bristol Mind, this Sunday! 💙

Bristol Mind is a charity close to all our hearts, an independent people-powered organisation doing vital, practical work to support mental health right here in our local community. Every single penny and pound raised stays in Bristol and South Gloucestershire, helping those who need it the most.

Bristol Minds' initiatives range from helplines and counselling to community support and training; their work makes a real, impactful, everyday difference. Is This Your Newest Best Seller? 🤔

Nothing says long weekend quite like a stack of cookies… 🥕 🍪

Inspired by our beloved Ultimate Carrot Cake, this craveworthy cookie starts life with a perfectly soft and oh-so-chewy spiced cookie dough (We’ve even added flecks of carrot throughout for that proper carrot cake vibe). Each cookie is loaded with an indulgent white chocolate creme centre and hand-finished with a dip of yoghurt topping and a sprinkle of nibbed walnuts and marigold petals.

We don’t do cookies by halves (we just dip them!) and we think this seasonal cookie is something seriously special. 🫡

Bank Holiday Weekend 🤝 Lemon, Blackberry & Elderflower

Spice up your spread this weekend with a slice of this deliciously summery Small Batch! 🌞

A soft, cloud-like sponge is doused in a sunny lemon flavour and dotted with pockets of juicy whole blackberries throughout. Each scrumptiously summery slice is expertly hand-piped with a squiggle (industry term…) of velvety lilac-hued buttercream infused with fresh and delicate botanical elderflower. We’ve then finished this Small Batch with a sprinkle of jewel-toned freeze-dried blackberries and a sunny medley of dried marigold and cornflower petals.

Warning, this may be the quickest-selling slice on your counter this weekend… 🫡
