You may have noticed we have been pretty quiet over the past few weeks! To put it simply, we have been really busy with our day jobs developing drinks for other people.

However we’ve managed to catch a break today and Katie has been in the lab mixing up some delicious concoctions.

What’s an Elderflower Collins? 🧐

It’s our delicious alcohol-free take on the Tom Collins cocktail, with the addition of elderflower 🌿

The Tom Collins is typically made with gin, lemon, sugar and soda water 🍋

We use:

🟡 natural juniper gin flavouring
🟡 elderflower extract and natural flavouring
🟡 white grape juice to add sweetness
🟡 natural citric acid - that gives lemons their tart, sour flavour
🟡 ascorbic acid aka vitamin c, which is also found in citrus fruit, to help with that citrus flavour and stabilise

This creates a fresh, floral and perfectly balanced beverage that we think you will love 🧡

Just a few of the benefits we’ve found since ditching the booze 🙅‍♀️🥃🍸

1. No longer are we people who ‘attract’ drama, somehow it turns out alcohol made us the drama 💀

2. Okay, we can’t quite forget the harrowing feeling of waking up to our dear old friend anxiety telling us the end is nigh… buut we certainly never see her anymore. 👋

3. It’s really nice to remember the people you’ve met and to show them the best version of yourself. 🌹

4. £££ - Not spending a week’s wage in one night turns out to be a financially sound decision. Who knew? 😹

5. Not having to wake up in the middle of night to p*e, or waking myself up with my own snoring 😴 is nice actually.

6. Having self-respect because we are acting in ways that actually align with our core values. 🗣️

We managed to launch Mockery Cocktails just in time for Christmas. So we figured this is the perfect time for a giveaway!

All of our cocktails are Alcohol-free, Vegan, Gluten free & contain no nasty ingredients! We produce them with real fruit in small batches in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Perfect for any guests you have over Christmas who choose not to drink, but also who may be driving.
