The Incredible Brewing Company is small independent craft brewery based in Bristol and has been in production since 2013. It’s ethos is to combine timeless methods of traditional brewing with modern ideas and experimental flavours to create fresh, bold adventurous beers that are bursting with passion and flavour. The beers are naturally produced and use no additives or clearing agents so are suitable for a plant based diet. They are matched perfectly with seasonal foods throughout the year.

Hello everyone. It's our last opening of the year. It's a special one as we're moving premises. If you like authentic British winter beer that has won the top beer awards in the country then come along and pick up some fine brew for Christmas. We may not be a big brewery but we make up for that with our delicious live beer and bold natural flavour profiles.

We're open this Saturday. Come help us clear out some stock before we move. It's Giftmas!
All our winter beers are still available such as the Dark Mild, Milk Stout and Rye beer but if you want them in bottle please hurry as they're very limited now. That said it's just as good in can. Of course, we also have our hoppy Pales and IPA's
We would love to see as many friends and valued customers as possible as without you this journey wouldn't have been the same. So come and help us celebrate the contribution we have made in the beer world and help us find renewed hope for the future of British Beer.

Gosh! Not long to go now. Sock's are great but come on....what we all need is a fine beer or two.

Let’s unite under the banner of Beer. That bastion of hope that incites wisdom and connects our very soul. That stimulates peace, love and harmony and transcends our petty grievance. Encourages understanding of others and breaks down division. We are fighters and lovers and stivers and work for the good of all. The elite may extort our hard-earned toil but they will never take our Beer.

‘So, get thee to the pub it’s the patriotic duty of everyone in Britain’. Connect with strangers and transient wanderers. Laugh with friends and neighbours, talk and share insights of freedom and hope. Find ways to articulate worthy judgment and peaceful outcome though our shared traditions and values. They come from somewhere you know! Then, ‘get thee to the Church on Sunday to ask forgiveness’. Or, as I do worship this creation, find joy in the wonder and go to the pub for Beer. Peace and have a happy Christmas!

What a year! Just when you thought we could take no more bashing, we have been evicted from our warehouse! My last post was a bit too subtle. AAAHHHHH!
So, come and say goodbye on Saturday 20th when we will be hosting a leaving party. We will be selling though remaining Christmas stock in cases for gifts or your beer cellars. We will have beer on tap. Probably our fresh Mosaic pale and Amber that I've kept aside. We will also have barbeque on the go to keep you going if the beers not enough. Tea and coffee as well I expect. Oh and don't worry about the rain, we have a huge gazebo and indoor space.

If anyone knows or can help in regards to temporary storage until we can find a new home, please feel free with ideas.

It's December at last. As we head towards the end of the year we have loads of events booked in. If you can't make it to one of these our yard shop will be open every Saturday for a few hours (not 27th). We will let you know the opening times soon.

We also deliver for free locally in BS4.
If that's no good you can just give me a ring. Bit old fashioned I know but my best customers are not shy and remember how to use a telephone! The old ways are the best ways. Cheers.

You will see these in some of the best pubs in Bristol over the coming weeks. If you want to get hold of these collectables, we do sell them at this time of year.
