Another lovely and utterly delicious present from one of our Tiffins friends To***co Factory Sunday Market . What a great present to have .
Grown locally on top of the To***co Factory | South Bristol’s Community Hub building by the amazing and multitalented Tim who is a mastermind in everything bees and honey. He is so passionate about his work and care about the bees .
This is the first harvest of this season and it’s utterly delicious, I had to stop myself from literally drinking it !!!
It smells like delicate flowers and greenery after heavy rain. It tastes so delicate yet has layers of different flavours of delicate flowers, to caramel sweetness. It tastes just heavenly and pairs absolutely perfectly with anything you want.
As the saying goes … nectar from the Gods , I personally would never ever heat honey though as it would completely destroy the beneficial goodness.
