Choc-Pumpkin Smoothie🤎🎃
Gut healthy and easy to make

1 glass plant milk
1 banana
1 tablespoon pumpkin purée
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1/2 avocado
1 heaped teaspoon probiotic powder (Belgian chocolate .life used here)
add a few dates or 1 tablespoon maple syrup for a sweeter taste

Chia/ oat overnight pots 💚💚💚Batch prep a few of these beauties for healthy breakfasts and you’ll thank yourself in the morning! 🌅

💚Mixed with matcha and blue spirulina (optional)
💚Even healthier than regular overnight oats
💚Cute, yummy & good for us

For around 2 servings:
💚160ml plant milk
💚2 tablespoons chia seeds
💚1 tablespoon oats
💚1 teaspoon vanilla extract
💚2 tablespoons plant yoghurt
💚2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
💚1 tsp matcha powder, 1/4 tsp blue spirulina (add to half the mixture if you want coloured layers & a little matcha magic)

Sprinkle granola into the base of the jars if you like.

Nutty base, cashew swirl, and a pop of purple berry magic✨💜✨💜✨
No oven, no dairy—just pure plant-based purple perfection.
Save this for your next sweet fix!💜💕

📝Recipe👇🏼

Base
75g dates
100g almonds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vg butter
1 tablespoon cacao

Filling
150g cashews
200g vg cream cheese
100g maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
75g blueberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice

💜Soak cashews in hot water

💜Meanwhile, whizz the base ingredients together in a food processor

💜Press the base ingredients into into a lined cake tin

💜Drain the cashews then add to a blender with the rest of the filling ingredients and blend.

💜Spoon the filling layer onto the base.
Freeze to set.

💜Remove from the freezer and allow to soften slightly before serving.

🩷 Berry bliss with a pop of pitaya
🤎 Creamy cacao indulgence with a date-sweet hug
💚 Nourish like a goddess with greens, zest, and glow

🩷Pink Berry Smoothie🩷
2 servings 
Blend the following:

375ml coconut water or plant milk
1/4 mango
100g mixed berries
1/2 avocado 
1-2 lettuce leaves (15-20g)
1.5 tablespoons oats
1.5 tablespoons plant yoghurt
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon pink pitaya powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

🤎Chocolate Smoothie🤎
2 servings 

500ml oat milk
2 tablespoons cacao
2 tablespoons plant yoghurt
3-4 dates
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
1 banana 
1 avocado

Soak the dates for 10 minutes then blend or mash. 
Add all the ingredients to a blender 
Blend until smooth

💚Green Goddess Smoothie💚
2 servings 

60g spinach
1/2 mango
30g kale
1 avocado 
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon lemon zest
500ml apple juice🍎

Optional topping of a swirl of vegan cream

Plant-based 💚 Refined sugar free 💕 Creamy 🤍 Dreamy 🩷 Easy to make!

🍓😎 Stay cool, stay sweet! 💕🍭

🩷 Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt Lollies 🩷
INGREDIENTS:
• 100g frozen strawberries
• 300g oat yoghurt
• 3 tbsp liquid sweetener*
• Optional: 1 tsp pink pitaya powder for a natural pretty pink, colour 💕
• Optional: Freeze-dried fruit to sprinkle

*I used Vegan Honeee

HOW TO MAKE:
1. Blend everything (except freeze-dried fruit).
2. Pour into lolly moulds & sprinkle optional fruit.
3. Freeze overnight.
4. Let them sit 5 mins before enjoying!
