GingerBeard’s Preserves is dedicated to making awesome tasting Craft Preserves that will get your taste buds singing out for more! Our recipes use our favourite beers, sourced from independent brewers, with our favourite seasonal ingredients and are forged to pair with and enhance a wide range of food and drink. For those you who prefer your preserves without beer, there is a delicious tradition

al range to try out. Everything is handmade in small batches to ensure great quality using no artificial preservatives, pectin or gelling agents.

The change in weather has put our sights firmly on the Christmas season ahead!

For those of you who want something to look forward to, we have made a big update to our events calendar all the way through to the end of December.

As always, the incredible markets team will be popping up here, there and everywhere (hello Bath Christmas Market , Gloucester Quays , Cardiff Christmas Market 👋) so do go and have a browse on our website to see if we'll be anywhere near you.

That said, September is super busy for us as always, so let's not wish the summer away just yet 🧡

Have you tried our new Original Chilli Jam yet?

Made in collab with Team Canteen, it is packed with sweet red pepper and fresh red chillies. It builds to a gentle heat with a kick of Scotch Bonnet.

Team Canteen is a Community Interest Company (CIC) that channels support from the local hospitality industry to alleviate food insecurity in Bristol. They're made up of some key players in the Bristol hospitality scene (think Bianchis Group, The Pony Family, Emmeline's to name just a few) and support grassroots food organisations already working within the city to increase access to food.

At GingerBeard's Preserves, we've been wanting to support a local charity for a while, and this felt like a natural fit.

For every jar purchased, £0.50 will go straight to Team Canteen. 🫶

We are a little late to the party (summer holidays and all that!) but we are delighted to share our two Great Taste 2026 stars for our ever-popular and addictive Sweet 'n' Hot Candied Jalapenos and our delicate Victoria Plum Jam. 🥳

Of course, it's a little bittersweet when some of the other products entered don't win, since every product is a labour of love but, we dust ourselves off and take pride in what we did bring home. ⭐
