Thank you very much everyone who attended the pop-up, obviously it didn't end up as planned and we are terribly sorry for any inconvenience caused. We were short of staff and everything was new to everyone involved last night, there was no structure put in place it was overwhelming, and we didn't expect it to be this way. The only thing we could learn from here is lesson. But there will not be an other pop up in the near future as it broke my heart to have let you down massively. I still haven't slept after 24 hours thinking about what could've done better, yet I'm just a chef who could only do so much. This is not the best experience for me either. It's embarrassing after spending so much time making every dish from scratch with my heart and soul just to throw it all away at the end of the day. I totally blame myself for this.
