Situated in the picturesque village of Brockenhurst, right on the forecourt of Bike Boost Hub, we're just a stone's throw away from the train station, making us the perfect spot for everyone – whether you're a commuter catching the early train, a visitor exploring the area, a student needing a study break, a walker resting your legs, a cyclist on a pit stop, or a local craving your coffee fix. 🏃‍♀️ 15 DAYS TO GO! 🏃‍♀️

In just 15 days, Hannah, Charlotte and their mum Nicky will be taking on the New Forest Half Marathon! 🌲🐴

They’re using it as a training run ahead of the Amsterdam Marathon on 18th October, so the miles are definitely starting to add up… 😅

We thought we’d share another little video with some snippets from their training runs over the summer so far, with a few appearances from their brother on the bike, keeping them company and supporting them along the way 🚲😊

You might also spot their Barcelona tops from the last marathon making an appearance… but it’s nearly time for the next ones! 👀👕

If you’re around for the New Forest Marathon, we’d absolutely love to see some familiar faces cheering them on! 👋

They’ll all be wearing their new Absent Pony branded running tops in collaboration with so keep an eye out for them 👀 🐴

🐅 BROCKENHURST - COME AND SEND THE TIGER MAN ON HIS WAY!🐅

This Friday 28 August, wildlife photographer and conservation campaigner Paul Goldstein sets off from Brockenhurst on the next stage of his incredible 1,000-mile 2 Legs for 4 challenge.

Paul is walking across Britain carrying his famous nine-foot tiger,raising money and awareness for wild tiger conservation.

📍 Meet from 7.30am at The Absent Pony, on the forecourt of Boost Bike Hub, right by Brockenhurst Station (SO42 7RR)

☕ Coffee, sweet treats and savoury’s available
🥾 Paul sets off at 8.00am sharp

Paul’s 2026 challenge covers 1,000 miles in just 40 days,supporting conservation work with The Corbett Foundation in Bandhavgarh, India, helping protect tiger habitats, reduce human-wildlife conflict and support local communities.

We also wanted to say a big thank you to all of our customers for supporting us, and to our amazing team who make The Absent Pony what it is every day.🤗👏

A huge congratulations to Colm McCarthy for completing the London Marathon 🥳 — what an incredible achievement and something to be so proud of.👏

We also want to say a massive thank you to the London Marathon Events team and Kate Chapman for giving us the opportunity to volunteer at such an amazing event. We absolutely loved being part of it, soaking up the atmosphere and helping welcome runners across the finish line.😊
