Pither Agriculture is a well-established beef, arable, and contracting company based just outside of Gloucester. We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable person to join our team. There are many opportunities for training and development with a supportive and friendly work environment. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of our farming operations to include but not limited to:
* Beef cattle management (feeding, handling, bedding, ect)
* Operating and maintaining farm machinery
* General farm maintenance and repairs
* Light tractor operations (cultivations, grain and silage trailers)
Experience in beef cattle management and arable farming is preferred, Strong work ethic, attention to detail and common sense is a must. You will need the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Long hours would be expected in busy periods. Full UK driving license is required.
