Fresh fennel sausage, roasted fennel, roasted onion petals, sage, rosemary,thyme flat leaf parsley and fennel from the garden.
Steamed fennel and heritage carrot.
Fresh Yorkshire pudding mix made in Bromsgrove ,himalayn salt and black pepper.

Served on petite pois / peas (I was always told at catering college in the 80’s never to mix English and French on a menu. As both were classics on their own. But what happens when you are both ? As in a well known cooking phrase , marriages can be made in heaven 💚
Meanwhile in the garden the Borth strawberries are ripening, the figs are blowing and the endozoochory poppies are beautiful at the end of our garden 🐚

First pull of the season 🌿 Wild garlic 💚 from the high up banks of the River Severn.
Mussels cooked in a tomato, wild garlic, a little saffron and oregano sauce. Served on tagliatelle, fresh # wild garlic leaves and drizzled with smoked olive oil Finca La Barca
Now need to walk another nine miles !! 🐚🍃
