1. If we need to cancel, we will make every effort to contact you prior to your experience and will do our best to offer an alternate time/date
2. Deposit required to secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable.
3. If you cancel or request a change to the date/time 48 hours or more prior to the experience, no further booking fee is r
equired. If change or cancelation is request LESS than 48 hours before the experience a new booking fee will be required.
4. Adverse weather conditions we will cancel for the sheep/goats welfare. If we need to cancel we will try and re arrange.
5.Non-Refundable: Once purchased, tickets Cannot be refunded.
6.Non-Exchangeable: Tickets cannot be swapped for a different date, However this is solely at the discretion of Woody's Woolies
7.Non-Transferable: Tickets cannot be sold or passed to another person. Voucher Details:
