Peanut Caramel strawberry tart 😋

Once you've made a shortcrust pastry tart case for it, this one's really straight forward: Just whip some Peanut Caramel (I used our Blonde Edition, but you could use Original too) into some double cream, spoon into the tart case, top with sliced fresh strawberries and top with a sprinkle of icing sugar. Simple and delicious!

(Making the pastry tart is a little more involved, but I think you can buy these pre-made if you're feeling lazy 🙈)

Introducing our Peanut Caramel Whipped Butter Tart 👀

In this collaboration with , we've made a feature of their high-quality artisan butter: we whipped it until light and fluffy before combining with our award-winning gourmet sweet peanut spread and folded in some whipped cream to create an indulgent yet light dessert that is really, really moreish.

The better the butter you use, the better this tart will be. (Wee K**b of Butter's premium butter is perfect for this)
.. and serve with a simple raspberry compote.
