With a heavy heart, I've decided to rehome our bantams.
There are 9 hens and 2 roosters: one Araucana and one Silver Laced.
The hens are a mix of old and young diffrent colours. They will go together or as two separate groups with the roosters.
There is a rehoming fee to ensure they get a nice home. They still lay, though not as much, and make amazing broodies.

I think I've finally got my spark back. ❤️

After the terrible loss earlier this year, it feels so good to see these little ones growing, shining and thriving.

Knowing they came from my own birds makes it even more special and fills me with pride every time I look at them.

They've just moved into their newly reinforced house and seem very pleased with themselves already. 🦆✨

Guys, please, if you buy hatching eggs, do not toss them!

Without proof that the eggs are infertile, sellers cannot refund or replace eggs. Especially if you are local, return the eggs for inspection on day 7 – they are not rotten! Also, photos and videos can be sent while candling.

These beauties went in today to check fertility alongside some Zombies and Ayams. 🐣🥚

I personally would not sell eggs if I didn't believe they were fertile, but many things can happen during incubation or handling.

Nothing better than fresh cheese made from sweet Jersey milk… ❤️🐄

Oh, how we missed this over the past few weeks. Made from rich Jersey milk with A2 protein for easier digestion, simple food somehow tastes extra special after a difficult few days.

We have been a bit quiet lately while trying our best to calf-share and manage a very “spicy” and hormonal new mama 😅
Safe to say… the first 3 days were pure chaos. But thankfully, Rhedyn is settling beautifully now, little Freya is thriving, and we can finally breathe again.

We are also beyond grateful for our new little farm helper Charlie, who came to help us with some farm chores alongside her dad. We are not very good at accepting help, even when we truly need it, but lately we have realised how surrounded we are by kindness.

Over the past days lovely people brought us sweets, toys for the boys, garden pots, free chicken bits to reuse, egg boxes, and even help around the farm. Those small gestures genuinely keep us going more than people realise.

Thank you all for the love and support. ❤️

Daughter of VJ Sultan, currently one of the highest NTM Jersey bulls 💥, and MYTTON Rhedyn.

A blessing after loss and truly a little ray of sunshine for our family. After everything Rhedyn went through last year, this girl feels extra special, and we are already completely in love with her.

Rhedyn was bred with health, temperament and longevity in mind rather than extreme commercial udders, and we could not be more proud of her.

Now begins a new chapter at Black Mountain Farm … and hopefully, let the milk flow again 😅🐄🥛
