This year, the warmer weather has both helped and hindered our organic Apple growth here on the farm. Sunshine has developed sweeter notes, but the drought and lack of rain will mean fewer, smaller apples for our harvest next month. This won’t affect our best taste, but proves a challenge behind the scenes!

Another reason for lower Apple levels back at the farm, a new Connemara horse who has a particular taste for organic apples 🍎
