We’re kicking off this series with a highly-giftable coffee tasting set.

⚡️ This pack has two exceptional coffees from pioneering producers. These are limited lots, showcasing creative agriculture, new ways of processing green coffee, and ultimately our own roasting style.

🍰 Coffee One | Rwenzori Mountains, Uganda
This special fermentation process from the team at Agri Evolve places the coffee cherries into barrels, sealed for four days before being dried on raised beds. The result is an intoxicatingly rich coffee that is reminiscent of winter fruit cake.

🥭 Coffee Two | Villa Pastora, Colombia
This natural lot from the Mora Ortega family is fermented underwater for 96 hours, before being mechanically dried. The result is an expansive, funky coffee that tastes like tropical fruit, a true flavour experience and something to fall in love with.

🍊 ORANGE MARMALADE 🍊

This month the roastery have sourced a natural Costa Rican coffee that is tasting like orange marmalade—perfect for these colder days. These flavours come from the way the coffee is processed and it’s tasting delicious.

This natural lot comes from Finca Monte Alto, a high‑altitude farm in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica –a family‑run business led by father‑daughter duo Gerardo and Jennifer Arias. True to its name, Monte Alto (“high mountain”) sits among the clouds, producing exceptional high‑grown arabica with remarkable clarity and character.

☕ Thank You for Joining Our Public Cupping!

What an incredible turn out! We loved seeing so many coffee lovers come together and the feedback was amazing ❤️

Especially for our new naturally processed Colombian single origin, Villa Pastora. It tasted incredible on the table, and we’re so pleased that so many of you got to try it. 🌿🇨🇴

It was wonderful to celebrate with such a fantastic crowd and raise a cup for a great cause . Remember, a percentage of sales from this week, the 13th–19th October will be donated to support coffee-growing communities, so there’s still time to make a difference! 💚

This naturally processed Pink Bourbon is grown by third-generation producer Álvaro Mora and his family, bursting with tropical fruit, jammy body, and subtle hibiscus florals. 🌺

We’ve roasted it to a medium light profile to preserve clarity, accentuate its juicy character and bring out it's jammy body. Perfect for those who love a balanced yet fruit-forward cup.
