What an absolute pleasure it was to welcome Willie to see us at the weekend! 🦞

Willie is the fisherman who catches the incredible creel-caught langoustines we’re so proud to serve, and he made the journey all the way from Kinlochbervie to visit us, see what we’re doing with his catch, and sample some of the dishes we’ve created.

We can’t thank you enough, Willie, for your support and for entrusting us with such an exceptional product. We truly hope we’re doing your catch justice – judging by the smiles on our customers’ faces and returning again for them we’d say they’re every bit as in love with them as we are!

Willie has also dropped off something very special and different for us to experiment with. Can you guess what it is? We’re hoping to have it on our menu very soon.

It’s so important to us to know where our produce comes from and to celebrate the hardworking people behind it. It’s a special reminder that great food starts with great people.

Plans for the weekend? We’ve got you covered when it comes to takeaway seafood 🦞 🦀 🐟

We’ll be back in Cullen this Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st June from 12 noon, serving up some seriously tasty dishes.

We’re still working on sourcing our super fresh seafood but we can reveal there’ll be fresh lobster 🦞, delicious monkfish 🐟, and plenty more mouth-watering specials to get excited about!

Trust us – you won’t want to miss this one. Come to Cullen harbour and visit our trailer. 🦀 🦞 🐟 🦑 🐙

ONE WHOLE MONTH OF SKINK CO🎉

We can’t believe we’ve already reached the end of our first month of trading, and what a month it’s been! We are so incredibly grateful for all the support, kind words and smiling faces that have come to see us. Thank you to every single person who has visited us so far – you’ve made our first month one to remember! ❤️

Now it’s time for summer! ☀️ We’re hoping to settle into a regular pattern and will be open every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm, mostly in Cullen, all summer long.

We can’t wait to see familiar faces and meet plenty of new ones over the coming months. Here’s hoping the sun gets the memo and starts shining too! 😎

We’ll be mixing things up and changing our menu as we go, so tell us – what have been your favourites so far? What would you love to see more of? We have some ideas in the tank that we think you’ll love.

Here’s to an amazing summer ahead. Bring on the sunshine, good food and great company! 🌊🍦☀️🎉

Seeing the incredible work our emergency services do every single day never goes unnoticed. With both a Paramedic, Police Officer and ex Fireman in our family, we know first-hand the dedication, sacrifice, and long hours that come with the job.

That got us thinking…

💙 If you’re on duty whilst we’re out and about and need a quick lunch, we’ve got you covered. 💙

Pop by our trailer and enjoy complimentary food on us as a small thank you for everything you do for our community.

We love hearing from our customers. This is a genius idea and confirms that takeaway streetfood is a great idea! You wouldn’t walk out with shells from a restaurant (or would you? 🤔)

Isla, one of our returning customers, who absolutely loves our creek-caught langoustines, shared a fantastic tip with us!

Rather than throwing away the shells, she took them home and used them to make a rich, flavour-packed pasta sauce. What a brilliant way to make the most of every part of these delicious langoustines.

She kindly shared some photos with us, and the finished dish looks absolutely amazing! 😍🍝🦞

Thank you so much Isla and look forward to seeing you back at the trailer again.

Our emergency services are worth their weight in gold, so a wee treat was in order from Skink Co to paramedics (my niece Vicki and her colleague Elaine). A review was part of the deal 🤭 and here it is -

A huge thank you to my Auntie and the team for keeping Elaine Mair and I going through a long nightshift!

The crab rolls were demolished at 3am between jobs when we needed a boost and oor bellies were rumbling! And the Cullen Skink made the perfect breakfast near the end of shift 😆 Both were absolutely delicious👌More samples are most definitely welcome!!

Thanks again for the lovely gesture… from two very well fed Paramedics! 🫶🏼🚑🦀🦞🦐
