uction. Our quality Scottish seafood is served in some of the world's top restaurants, shops and hotels and we are tremendously proud of our product range and our commitment to customer service. In March 2022 we acquired the fish processing facility in Arbroath formerly known as RR. Spink & Sons, part of the Dawnfresh Group. In doing so we welcomed approximately 249 new colleagues to the Group and allayed fears of job losses in a town with a long-held fish processing tradition. Our Arbroath site produces a wide range of smoked salmon and other fish products.

You may remember back in May we supported the S3 Cookery Competition at Buckie High School!
It was fantastic to see the young chefs working together to produce some superb dishes! We now have the recipes for the delicious Tattie Scones, Dips and Herb Crusted Salmon Fillets created by our winners Rhianna & Elliot.
Congratulations again to every involved!

Last week, our team in Arbroath held a bake sale in support of the local Air Cadets Squadron. Two of their members, Viktor and William, joined us to help serve a very enthusiastic group of customers.

Our thanks to everyone who generously baked, donated and supported the event. We are delighted to let you know that we raised an incredible £745 for the Arbroath Air Cadets!

They will benefit hugely from this. Thank you again!
