is a Scotland-wide campaign organised by Developing the Young Workforce DYW Moray celebrating the different routes people take into employment.
The award-winning initiative encourages us to share our career experiences, helping to demonstrate that success doesn't depend on following a single path after leaving school.
Each year during exam results week, the campaign showcases the opportunities available to young people, including apprenticeships, college, university, direct employment and other career pathways.

Both had different ideas for their career paths, but realised you don't have to have everything worked out at the start. You just need a willingness to learn, try new things and take the opportunities when they arise!
By sharing real-life stories, inspires and reassures young people that there are many ways to build a rewarding career.
