Happy 1 year anniversary to Dylan’s Juicery 🥳🍾

What a year it has been.. ✨ I would like to say a massive thank you to each and every person who has supported me in this venture!

For those of you who don’t know, Dylan’s Juicery has recently transitioned from my full-time work to more of a side hustle after I started a dream job about 6 weeks ago working for a meditation YouTube channel!

All this means is that it might take a little longer to get your orders made and the capacity at which the Juicery will be running will be reduced - however this should not look affect any of you too much!

Again, thank you to everyone! I feel very grateful to be able to do this ❤️

Did you know that unhealthy cravings actually manifest from a state of being malnourished?

It’s true, when our body is depleted of it’s nutrients, this is when cravings kick in, especially unhealthy ones.

Discovering this knowledge completely changed how I think about my diet. Getting in those vital nutrients is not only better for you in and of itself, it will actually help curb those unhealthy cravings, a real two birds with one stone situation.

Lemons are honestly one of, if not the most diversely useful fruits out there, and they’re a real favourite over here 🙌🏻

You’ll find lemon in most of my juice recipes for a multitude of reasons, they taste great, add a boost of vitamin C, are great for detoxing, and my personal favourite, act as a natural preservative to keep your juice fresh for longer!

The habits that we cultivate are so powerful in determining how we navigate through life..

When I began working at a juice bar in Toronto back in March 2019, this is where a healthy habit of drinking fresh, cold-pressed, organic juice regularly became a healthy habit of mine, which subsequently had a profoundly positive impact on my life and health.

Fast forward to now, not only is it still a regular habit of mine that I continue to reap the benefits from, but I also have a business centered around it. Crazy.

I hear frequently from my regulars how much better they feel for implementing my juices as a habit into their own life.

Small, healthy and daily habits (whatever they may be) in time create a strong foundation for real, positive change.
