The restaurant and conference room are in the Eco Centre, a contemporary timber barn, with sweeping views of the Buckinghamshire countryside - a light, airy and comfortable venue with a warm welcome. There’s a seasonal menu with most of the food home-grown or locally sourced from sustainable British stocks. Depending on the time of year, we’ve Dexter beef, lamb, pork and eggs from our rare breeds
and fruit and veg from our own garden and orchards. We also provide vegetarian and gluten-free options. Farm produce is available in the restaurant – eggs, sausages, steak, preserves (this is dependent on the season). Our Clay Pizza Oven outside by the pond is up and running, where we serve meat and veg pizza options. These are made with fresh ingredients including organic flour.
