Rob retires next year. He has requested 4 day a week working, 10% pay rise and working from home.

Financial director said until animals retire 7 day a week! Pay rise fine as 10% of nothing is nothing. Working from home no problem.

He left conversation fully intact! So after retirement business as usual.

Give farmers a treat once in a while buy local. He Might even get a retirement gift for years served as farmer if you come buy from shop xx
