5 boxes of our lovely chicken eggs going in honesty box in morning after 9am.

Lamb Shanks- from our shop.
Added flour to shanks Browned & Sealed them in a pan.
Deglazed the pan with red wine.
Put shanks in slow cooker.
With bay leaf rosemary and wine.
Added stock and onion
Cooked for 8 hours.

You too could have lovely lamb or pork. Frozen available now. Fresh lamb end of the week and fresh pork week after.

A delivery of fresh new Venision in the shop today. From Beckland Charcuterie . Haunch steaks, gluten free sausages, grill sticks, burgers. Some dry cured pork bacon. This compliments the existing stock of sheep cheese and Milk. lamb, pork, buffalo, preserves, sauces and spice mixes
