Having great fun preparing and preserving. Herbs and flowers drying for teas and herb salts, foodfetti is my new favourite thing to bring to the table. Great way to sneak some wholesome nutrients in disguise as whimsical foodfetti.

I hope everyone has had a peaceful weekend. A few things that have bought joy to my heart. This tree gets me every spring. Soooooo beautiful. It produces lovely red crab apples. Rocket has picked up and will be in some of the veg boxes this week also leaf mallow and Swede not so beautiful but very tasty. Pear blossom also showing the promise of fruit in her beautiful blossoms.
