Welcome to Ya Wanna Pizza me! For the time being this will be dedicated to the journey from “rusty old **** box” (A Lewis 2023)rescued from a field in North Wales to beautiful food trailer serving the delights of Chicago deep dish pizza.

Authentic Chicago deep dish isn’t what you buy in a box from the frozen section. A deep dish pizza is a thin, laminated buttery crust, lining a baking tin. It’s toppped with a thick layer of mozzarella, with toppings of your choice followed by a thick (secret recipe) tomato sauce. Finished with the finest grated Parmesan and coarse pepper.

Thin pizzas are so noughties. Sourdough was a fad of the pandemic. The revolution starts here! The future is deep!
