Upton Smokery Upton Smokery is a family business run by Chris and Vix Mills, specialising in smoked meat, game, and fish, located in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Our traditional process involves salt curing, chilling, slow and cold smoking, then hot smoking to finish. We use oak, beech and sometimes apple wood. We do not use artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives in any part of our process. But while we are a Smokery, our Upton Smokery Shop is home to other delicious, complementary food and wine to accompany our smoked products. SMOKED BY US -

MADE BY US - homemade pates and potted food
GROWN BY US - seasonal fruit and vegetables
CHOSEN BY US - delicious oils, vinegars, and wines

We only use high quality, traceable raw materials which are then smoked by traditional methods. We only smoke to order so that you can be sure that when you receive your smoked meat, it is in prime condition. We believe that quality need not be compromised by value.
