Established in 1991, we are part of the global OSI Group and were previously known as Atlantic Foods and Flagship Europe. We are enthusiastic and passionate about all things food. With a strong commitment to product innovation and a true understanding of specific market demands, our business has also grown by a number of strategic acquisitions. These include Oasis Foods (high quality mayonnaise, sauces, dressings and dips) in 2010, Oliver James Foods (high quality sous-vide products) in 2015 and specialist food to go manufacturer, Calder Foods (sandwich fillings, marinated meats, sauces and dressings) in 2016.
