Sesame Prawn Toast on Brioche 🦐🍞
1. Make prawn paste: Mince 200g raw king prawns with a pinch of salt and ½ tsp sugar until smooth.
2. Assemble: Spread prawn paste on brioche slices, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
3. Dip: Soak the plain side in beaten egg.
4. Fry: In butter, until golden and crispy.
5. Serve: Cut into bite-sized pieces. Enjoy hot with sweet chilli or sriracha sauce.
