Spain might be known for sun, sea and sangria, but it has so much more to offer! Museums are a great way to explore Spain's amazing culture, so here's some of the best the country has to offer:
️⃣ in Valencia: a collection of incredible buildings including Europe's biggest aquarium, an interactive science museum, and a 3D cinema
️⃣ in Barcelona: one of Gaudí's masterpieces, the building itself is a work of art, and since being opened to the public in 2002 you can now explore the interior, which sometimes features contemporary art installations
️⃣ in Barcelona: a museum of Catalan visual art with the best collection of Romanesque mural paintings in the world
️⃣ in Gran Canaria: learn about the history of bananas and their impact on the island, while enjoying beautiful ocean views
️⃣ in Bilbao: a museum of modern and contemporary art that is one of the largest museums in Spain
️⃣ in Madrid: the main Spanish national art museum and the single best collection of Spanish art
️⃣ in Figueres: the largest and most diverse collection of works by Salvador Dalí, and he is even buried there in a crypt below the stage!
️⃣ in Barcelona: I couldn't help but include another Gaudí building! This is considered to be his first major project and it hosts a variety of exhibitions
