Ben's sources as many of the ingredients as possible from Suffolk, this reduces food miles and supports small local businesses in the area. All our meats are traceable to local farms, and are of the highest quality, including free range chicken, grass fed native breed lamb, and rare breed pork. We use as much in season fruit and veg as possible, sourced from local farms, which provides us with the most flavoursome ingredients.
