~~~WHO WE ARE~~~
#1 David Thompson
~ David watches over the organisation day-to-day ensuring that everything within the business runs smoothly. This involves frequent communication with the senior board of directors where decisions are put forth and finalised. His duties range from site maintenance and web development to staff contracts and resource management as well as funding, marketing and adverting. David is responsible for organising and maintaining the successful running of the business.
#2 Dan Whittaker
~The majority of the reviews you will see on our page by staff are finalised, edited and posted by Dan. Dan is at the very heart of the business, ensuring companies are both fairly and efficiently contacted, tested and reviewed. Dan works together with the senior board of directors, as well as Co-Founder David Thompson to market, advertise and branch out existing operations, all to which vitally contribute to the overall success of the business.
#3 James Finnegan
~James is at the foot front of all of RMK's international and global operations. He will often travel to various locations worldwide and will effectively administer and distribute all subsequent data back to the board of directors, where it will then begin it's final anaylsis before ultimately making its way onto the site.
#4 Ben Wright
~ Ben provides financial support to the Head of Business & Operations and contributes to the divisions strategic and operational success. Ben's responsibilities encompass a variety of areas including developing and implementing strategies in conjunction with the Board, ensuring that the expansion of the company reflects any strategic change, as well as overall responsibility to ensure that efficient financial controls and processes and systems are in place. Jim assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies to meet organizational needs and comply with regional laws.
* Facilitates and partners with other human resources functions such as recruitment, new hire orientation, performance reviews, benefit administration, safety and workers' compensation administration, employee relations, and training/education initiatives
* Advises management regarding hiring decisions, equal employment opportunity, compensation, benefits, and health/safety issues
* Interviews and coordinates recruitment efforts and processes for specific positions as needed
* Analyzes trends in turnover, hiring, promotions, separations, and grievances to determine support or action needed to adjust unfavorable trends
* Trains management on leadership and HR skills. Identifies community training opportunities and works with Regional HRD to implement
~~ABOUT RATE MY KEBAB~~~
Rate My Kebab is a community involved organisation that allows you to share and discuss your views on Kebab houses you have visited. By rating a Kebab, you will be contributing to a worldwide effort to find THE best Kebab house known to man/she-man. You can enter as much information as you like as well as upload photos and videos. If you would like to rate a kebab please make sure you read the instructions first at the bottom of this description. As well as your input, myself and fellow team Kebab members wil be travelling the world to ultimately discover the tastiest, filthiest and well served Kebab.
~~~HOW TO RATE A KEBAB~~~
1. New Kebab reveiws by us will appear on the main wall and you can extend on these if you wish. If you would like to review a Kebab house previously not mentioned just post it on the wall. Make sure you entitle it with the name and breif location of the Kebab house. Please try to maintain at least a small level of maturity in your post.
2. You should try to rate as much information as possible. This includes:
