We saw people making a viral "pickle dip" so we just had to bring out the Branston and give it a go ourselves!

Made with Branston Small Chunk pickle, this creamy, tangy, cheesy dip is perfect for parties, movie nights, and snack breaks...

2 tbsp Branston Small Chunk (use Branston Original if you like it chunkier)
3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp cream cheese
5 rashers of smoked bacon, chopped
2 spring onions, chopped
Large handful of fresh dill, chopped (parsley or chives work great too!)
150g grated cheese (we recommend Cheddar or Red Leicester)

Mix everything together until full combined. Serve with crisps, crackers, and chopped veggies. Enjoy!
