At Raffles Singapore, we have a motto: “Arrive as a guest, leave as a friend, and return as family.”

Such a privilege to be invited back again for this lovely families’ reunion.

They got my cookbook to try out some of the dishes, and Raj’s grandson was very excited to bring my cookbook to school to show his teacher. He came up to me and ask to have a photo taken with me, that really touched me. Don’t you think that’s so sweet?

I love my private dinning work as I get to meet so many wonderful people.
