Happy 70th birthday Ann and thank you for the invitation to your lovely party too 💝
The cake is in the ‘nude’ style and is a vanilla sponge sandwiched together with raspberry jam and my silky smooth buttercream. I then decorated the cake with silk flowers.
The cupcakes are again vanilla sponge with decorations in either buttercream or fondant icing 😋

The final celebration cake before my surgery is this 90th birthday cake. It’s a vanilla sponge cake sandwiched together with raspberry jam and my lovely buttercream 😋
I then covered the cake with fondant icing and decorated with silk flowers and a purchased cake topper. The pretty cake is finished with diamanté and satin ribbon and pearls dotted around to finish 💝

Today is all about Afternoon Teas ♥️
Lots of goodies here for 3 people! There’s a variety of sandwiches, home made fresh cream scones, lemon drizzle slices, chocolate fudge cupcakes and fresh cream mini Victoria sponge cakes PLUS my home made sausage rolls, bought mini pork pies, croissants, cheese & biscuits and fruit to garnish ♥️
Hope they are hungry 🤣

Well until I was asked to make a Labubu cake, I didn’t know who or what they were 🤣 Thank goodness for Google!
I really enjoyed making this birthday cake for my great niece Matilda who is a real fan of Labubu ♥️
This is a vanilla sponge cake sandwiched together with raspberry jam and my silky smooth buttercream. I then covered the cake with fondant and decorated it with my handmade version of Labubus and my handmade fondant flowers.

What a lovely pleasant day to be having a Yummy afternoon tea 💝
