I would like to say a massive thank you to every single member of our team.
In such a short period since opening Vino Cicchetti, we have achieved so much together, and yesterday we received some fantastic news from the This Is Manchester Awards that we have been shortlisted.
This is not just my achievement, it belongs to all of my team. Every person in the kitchen, front of house and behind the scenes has played a part in getting Vino Cicchetti to where we are today.
I’m extremely proud of what we have built together in just over a year. Thank you for your hard work, commitment and for believing in me and Vino Cicchetti!
Whatever happens at the awards, being recognised in such a short time is already something we should all be proud of.
