your weekly shop just got a little better… 🥕🤎

Fresh veg is back on the shelves at Seaview, and we’re very happy about it.

Proper seasonal goodness, grown by local farmers and ready for everything from Sunday roasts to big pots of homemade soup.

There’s something lovely about filling your basket with food that’s been grown close to home.

Good food. Good people. A little closer to the source. 🌱

The shelves are filling up nicely for the weekend!

a few little things I do to cover my nutritional bases… 🌿🤎

Life is busy, and while I’m a big believer in getting as much goodness as possible from real food, I also love having a few simple things in my daily routine.

🥄 Organised powder
A whole-food organ blend packed with naturally occurring nutrients. An easy way to incorporate organ meats into my diet without having to eat liver every day.

🌙 Magnesium at night
Part of my evening wind-down. Magnesium supports normal nervous system and muscle function.

💧 Electrolytes in the morning
A little hydration support, particularly on busy, active days or when I’ve been sweating.

🧠 Creatine daily
Not just for the gym! Creatine is well established for supporting muscle performance, and emerging research into its potential benefits for memory, cognition and brain function is really interesting.

Nothing complicated. Just a few small habits that fit into everyday life.

Of course, supplements aren’t a replacement for a nutrient-dense diet, good sleep and looking after yourself, but I like having these little extras in my routine.

Good food first. A few thoughtful additions on top. 🤎

A dip in the sea, a sauna at Hotbox Benone, a beautiful drive along the North Coast and a little refuel at Seaview.

Electrolytes for the recovery. Coffee because, well… coffee. ☕️

Sometimes the best Sundays are the simplest ones.

Sea. Sauna. Scenic drives. Good coffee.

we took market research very seriously… ☕️🇺🇸

Three weeks in America and it’s probably no surprise that we managed to squeeze in a fair few coffee stops along the way.

Some people visit the tourist attractions. We apparently visit coffee shops. 😂

But there’s something we genuinely love about discovering independent cafés. The coffee, the equipment, the people, the atmosphere, the little details that make somewhere feel special.

And of course, a few ideas to bring home to Seaview.

Turns out you can take us away from the coffee machine, but you can’t stop us thinking about coffee.

Anyway… here’s a little coffee dump from our travels. 🤎

it’s a little hard to explain what we are… so maybe you just need to come and see. 🤎

Not quite a coffee shop. Not your usual farm shop. Something a little more like an old-fashioned general store, with our own take on it.

A place where you can pick up your weekly essentials, discover something new, find food from farmers and producers who genuinely care about what they do, and yes, get a really good coffee while you’re here. ☕️

Everything on our shelves has been chosen for a reason.

From the beef and lamb raised on our own farm to fresh local milk, sourdough, pantry staples and a few things you might not have come across before.

But Seaview is about more than what’s on the shelves.

It’s about reconnecting people with food, farming and the people behind it. Creating somewhere you can wander, explore, ask questions and leave knowing a little more about what you’re buying.

A general store with a story to tell.

And a pretty good coffee machine.

Three little words that mean an awful lot to us.

Knowing where your food comes from. Knowing the people who raise it, grow it and produce it. Understanding the land, the work and the care that goes into it.

It’s the reason we do what we do at Seaview, and a message we hope travels a lot further than our little corner of the North Coast.

Because knowing your farmer shouldn’t be the exception. 🌱

Know your farmer. Know your food. Know the land it came from.

Good habits don’t have to be complicated.

We’ve got Moocha Kombucha sachets on the shelves at Seaview, an easy way to bring a little kombucha-inspired goodness into your everyday routine.

Kombucha is traditionally a fermented tea, enjoyed for its organic acids and potential gut-health benefits.

And sometimes the biggest benefit of a daily ritual is simply taking a moment to be a little more intentional about what you’re putting into your body.
