☔️🍂 A dreary start to the week but we've lots of lovely produce in the shop for you...

🇬🇧 British organic parsnips, heads of broccoli and cauliflowers fresh in today as well as onions, apples, carrots, swede and leeks

🥩 Our home reared beef from the freezer - topside and brisket joints, minced beef, stewing steak, braising steak plus sirloin, rump and fillet steaks (while they last!)

For the most crackly crackling here's what we do in the Manor Farm kitchen...

✨️ Pork at room temp
✨️ Oven at 220°C
✨️ Score pork fat with sharp knife
✨️ Sit pork on rack in kitchen sink
✨️ Pour over a full kettle of freshly boiled water
✨️ Pat dry
✨️ Drizzle with olive oil and rub into fat
✨️ Season well with salt
✨️ Rub salt into scored fat
✨️ Season again with salt and pepper
✨️ Pop in oven for 15-20 mins until fat begins to brown and blister
✨️ Reduce heat and cook until done. For shoulder joints low and slow is best

From the freezer today we have b***d and rolled pork shoulder and leg joints

From the fridge we have oven ready gammon joints

Plus veggies, potatoes, eggs, milk and more
