Introducing the lovely Jollan 🫡 ..our fellow coffee connoisseur here in the Peak District ☕️

Our first roast of the day was the famours Colombian El Eden 🤌🏼

El Eden is a collective blend from 18 dedicated producers in Colombia’s Quindío region....

The final blend is fine-tuned in a dedicated cupping lab, ensuring consistency and quality across lots! 😮‍💨

Expect a cup with clean structure, balanced sweetness, and the vibrant clarity, with notes of hazelnut, caramel, chocolate and peach 🍑🍫

People often ask me WHY I decided to go from pilot to coffee roaster... 💭☕️

The truth is that life did it's thing & had me change direction 💫

I unfortunatley failed my medical so could no longer be a pilot... which gave me 2 choices 🚁

1. Get a normal job to provide for my family

or

2. Turn my hobby & passion in to an income

& as stressful as running a business can be, i'm so grateful to be earning a living through bringing great coffee to great people 🥹☕️
