Cheese of the week: Yr Afr

Made by Brad Cunningham in Bethesda, North Wales, Yr Afr is a smooth and creamy unpasteurised goat’s milk cheese with savoury notes and a beautiful white-grey rind.

Inspired by Crottin de Chavignol from the Loire Valley, its name translates simply as “The Goat.”

We're getting busy down at the diary! Summer is in full swing (I'm not sure the sun knows that yet!) but we're stocking the counter and open Saturday 10-4 for those ready for a weekend cheese board!!
