Fish of the Week! Lemon Sole and Turbot!

Just had a wonderful fresh fish delivery from Lowestoft! I have Lemon Sole ( filleted or whole) and 2 lovely large Turbot fillets, both are beautiful flat fish with a nice sweet taste 🤤
Also got some beautiful fresh Cornish Rock and local Skate 😁
