It’s always a pleasure to welcome Kirsten from The Courier to Trossachs Cooperage.

We really appreciate the time she takes to visit, hear about what we’ve been working on, and listen to our plans for the future.

There’s plenty happening at Trossachs just now, from our continued expansion and investment to creating new skilled jobs and supporting the wider wh**ky industry.

A big thank you to Kirsten and The Courier for continuing to take an interest in our journey. 🥃

Why choose Trossachs Cooperage for your cask rejuvenation requirements?

We offer both De-Char Re-Char and traditional STR, providing the flexibility to achieve the specification that best suits your spirit.

Our De-Char Re-Char process is fully PLC-controlled, ensuring exceptional consistency and accuracy. Using both wire brushing and cutter block technology, we can achieve precise depth requirements down to the millimetre. Our lance burner delivers a uniform finish across casks ranging from 200L to 500L.

Our traditional STR process provides a slower, more controlled toast, producing an outstanding finish while preserving the craftsmanship of the cask. We can rejuvenate casks from 40L to 500L, making it suitable for everything from small Firkins and Octaves to larger Butts and Puncheons.

Whether you're looking to extend cask life, refresh flavour contribution, or meet a precise specification, we'd be delighted to help.
