Following the huge success of cohorts 1 and 2, LEAF and Corteva are embarking on a third round of the widely respected Resilient & Ready programme. The immersive programme provides training, technical advice and mentoring to support farmers in improving the sustainability and resilience of their enterprises, through extensive networks, industry connections and experience.

The strength of the programme is its farmer-led and bespoke approach whilst supporting the participating farmers to share their experiences with the wider industry.

For cohort3, LEAF and Corteva would particularly (though not exclusively) like to encourage applications from those looking for support with sustainable livestock production, pasture and homegrown feed optimisation or livestock integration. They are keen to hearing from forward-thinking, curious, and motivated farmers who want to farm with nature while building a thriving, future-fit business.

The event will feature introductions to the project from both Corteva and LEAF, an interactive farm tour and Q&A session. They would love to welcome you along and chat more about what R&R offers. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided!

We have thoroughly enjoyed being part of cohort 2 and can’t recommend the Resilient & Ready programme enough - it really has been life changing for us and invaluable for our business.

Another great LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming) yesterday. Thank you to everyone who came along to learn about our Agroforestry project and meet our Wagyu. It was great to see you all and we hope you enjoyed your visit. Well done to all our milking Mildred, bee hunt and waggle dance winners. Looking forward to welcoming some more visitors this week as part of 😊

Mildred can’t wait to welcome our visitors later on today. Thanks to Corteva Agriscience Lely Center Yeovil BASF Agricultural Solutions and Müller UK & Ireland we have plenty of prizes for the visitors who can milk her the fastest.
