🎃 A little pumpkin patch update! 🎃

Despite the extremely dry weather we’ve had this summer, the pumpkins are still growing away! ☀️🌱 It’s been a challenging season with hardly any rain, but we’re so pleased to see these beauties colouring up nicely🧡

The final stage is complete🙏

Power harrowing is now finished and the field is officially ready for planting 🎃

Update from the pumpkin patch 🎃🌱

The plants are growing beautifully in the greenhouse and are coming along brilliantly, not long now until planting time!💚🧡

The team have been working hard and the 2nd stage of the pumpkin growing patch is complete!🎃

🚜Rotavating, this is when we use a machine to turn and break up the soil, making it softer and ready for planting. It also helps mix nutrients into the ground so the pumpkins have the best chance to grow strong and healthy.🌱

The first step has been completed, Flailing! Cutting and mulching the grass and vegetation to help prepare the soil for growing pumpkins 🌾🍂
