Today is Aidan’s final day at the bakery.😔

Aidan came to work with us just before we opened the shop on the High Street in Newmarket.

He has made some of the most amazing breads and it has been incredible seeing Aidan develop the art of sourdough baking.

He has been an integral part of our growing team and we wish him all the very best for the next part of his journey.

We're teaming up with our neighbours for a super fun event on Thursday 17th September.

With all proceeds being donated to Macmillan Cancer Support a charity that is close to our hearts here 💚

What do we do when we're given a big box of the freshest figs?

We turn them into the sweetest fig jam you'll ever taste then fill a beautiful flaky pastry adding a hint of pistachio 💚
